I've always liked patchwork as my basis for my kites since I don't like to cut big pieces of fabric out of my precious little supplies. Your works open my eyes to the possibilities and I thank you for it.
Hi, Thank you very much for the compliments - We are glad that we encourage others to use patch work in their creations. You state that "...I don't like to cut big pieces of fabric out of my precious little supplies", the main motivation for us to use patchwork was the lack & shortage of fabric. When we started, we had no source of fabric and we had to use whatever leftover fabric was "donated" to us by kit flier friend. As my wife is a quilter and familiar with patchwork techniques, using patchwork was the best way to use whatever fabric we had. The rest is history. Keep up the good work!
